Development Management is a specialist form of project management with a focus on property development. It requires knowledge of site selection, financial appraisals, development strategy selection, feasibility studies, the planning application process, procurement and implementing construction through to the ultimate purpose: the sale/lease of land/buildings for profit.

Project Management often concerns a particular stage of a project eg. developing the project plan, executing it, monitoring and managing it; or managing the design team to complete a feasibility study; or Construction Management - acting as the clients’ Agent to manage the construction supply chain to build out a project.

Design & BCAR

We have carried out architectural layout and design for over 120 residential and commercial units in-house, including the site layouts and detailed design of the units themselves.

In doing so, we understand the technical & regulatory requirements which feed into these designs.

We also partner with external Engineers, Architects and various other specialist consultants to ensure we can deliver on your project as efficiently as possible.

As Chartered Engineers we can act as your Assigned Certifier for projects which fall under BCAR (Building Control (Amendment) Regulations)


Renovation & Remediation

We have extensive experience of managing renovations and the remediation of fire and structural related defects in multiple building types. We can appoint and manage specialist contractors on your behalf.

As Chartered Engineers, we can design and inspect the remediation works on a property, pursuant to an approved remediation option under the relevant Grant Scheme, and issue a Certificate of Remediation relating to that work.


Decarb, ESG & Retrofit Services

We can guide you through to the most cost optimal solution for your building which can ensure compliancy and future proofing. We can carry out initial Building Energy Ratings (BER certs) for domestic and commercial properties and guide you on how best to upgrade your property to meet relevant targets whilst ensuring value for money.

Decarbonisation & sustainability are increasingly key drivers of investment decisions for asset owners and tenants;

Buildings that are more energy-efficient and have a lower carbon footprint are increasingly more attractive to buyers and tenants. By decarbonising a building, you can increase the value of the building and potentially improve its financial performance.
