Development management of 106 no. 2, 3&4 bedroom homes. Acquisition, planning permission and design of the site layout and units was carried out by Development Partners. The final phase, phase 4, is due for completion and occupation in 2025.
Development & Project Management of a Conversion of a large existing property into a number of individual residential properties.
Development management of a greenfield site awarded planning approval for 10 no. 2 & 3 bedroom units and awaiting ABP appeal decision.
Review and preparation of planning application to substantially increase (x50%) the number of units already granted on a development site.
Construction Management of supply chain undertaking 3x derelict/vacant residential property renovation / refurbishment projects; being carried out under the Vacant Property Refurbishment Grant with SEAI Grant aid.
Feasibility study of a mixed use town centre site as part of pre-purchase negotiation stage.

Bid Writing & Tendering services for a Tier 1 contractor, for tenders issued as part of a Framework Agreement position secured previously.
